03Information we collect
We collect content submitted through contact forms, business inquiry forms, and equipment submission forms.
This may include email addresses, gym names or URLs, organization names, contact names, messages, and submitted equipment facts.
For abuse prevention and investigation, we may store user_agent, submission time, form type, and category information.
04Purposes of use
We use information to respond to inquiries, verify and correct listings, confirm official gym information, review submissions, and contact users when needed.
We also use information for spam prevention, duplicate submission checks, system investigation, service improvement, and usage analysis.
05Submissions and inquiries
Administrators review submissions and inquiries and may use them to correct equipment information, respond to requests, or hide inappropriate content.
Submitted content may be edited, summarized, accepted, rejected, or kept private after factual review.
06IP addresses and user agents
We generally do not store raw IP addresses. If IP_HASH_SALT is configured, we may store an ip_hash generated from the IP address.
